Who needs to hear what you’ve got to say?
My talk is aimed at everyone interested in using VR to make a social impact, in my case within healthcare. Attendees will get an understanding of the applications of VR in healthcare and, in particular, physical and neuro-rehabilitation.
What is the biggest challenge facing the VR/AR/MR sector this year and why?
In terms of VR experience and adding to the immersion, proper tools to incorporate effective haptic and bio-feedback within the VR environment are needed to take the VR experience to the next level and open up lots of avenues to explore in terms of applications.
Why are you looking forward to speaking at/attending VRWC17?
I am looking forward to VRWC17 for various reasons: sharing updates on Immersive Rehab's progress and future work, learning about other VR/AR/MR innovations, meeting interesting people and having great discussions about immersive technologies.
